if you mean the responce is FN, definately you need check with the High Commission of Cananda in Singapore.
you should be informed for interview after 10 month from sep 99.

I think so, but I do not need to ask as I have got the landing paper(VISA) this Jan.
and just let you know, they would not entertain any phone call and no e-mail can be used, the only way is mail or fax.

yes, you don't need to ask Singapore High Commission any more. on the other hand, they can respond to me by E-mail if I have any question, I have tried before. Believe it or not!
