    以前每月的电话费都是29.89, 这个月的突然多了一个什么Network Charge, 说是参加long-distance savings plan的用户要交.虽说钱不多,不过觉得很奇怪,我没有要求参加啊,难道是缺省就要的? 我刚来没多久,每次打长途都是用的卡,从没用过Bell的,请问我要是退出这个plan有什么影响吗?会不会有什么号码不能拨之类的问题? 谢谢

    • If you have any Long Distance Saving Plans with Bell, there will be a $1.25/mon network Charge from Dec 1,2001. In your cases, you can -jello(JELLO); 2002-1-21 {404} (#342181@0)
      cancel your long Distance Plan, so you won't pay for that. But in the future, if you occassionally make a call to China(For example), the charge will be the highest rate at Bell (around $3.00/min). That's the only Difference. The network Charge has been added by Primus, Sprint and all Cell phone companies. This is to balance the cost due to the Government changes some rural communication regulation.
