我也想知道有没有人主动打电话过去，agency或公司里他们的反应如何。在上HRDC找工培训的时候，讲师说特别在IT中cold calling好像很有用。在报名参加HR培训是有个女孩是HRDC的顾问她极力推荐我打电话给公司。但如果对方对你不感兴趣，打了只能让人烦。真的对感兴趣的话， 一个邮件足已。
所以想知道有经验的前辈怎么做的。

If your English is not bad and can attract them by introducing your background and strongness briefly, they will look at your resume. My husband just talked with an agent and asked him how can he view all the resumes, the agent said he only glanced at the previous/current company name the applicant worked and the references. If it's interesting, he will go ahead to take a look, otherwise, he just put it away.
