i bought a new notebook and its OS is windows XP(English version).i want to use chinese system,how can i solve this problem except reformat this system?(is there any website can download the chinese language system?)thank you!
You can install Chinese language support, with which you can write and read Chinese. The only problem is the menu of Chinese applications. But you should be able to get all necessary English applications from the
