    平常的听力、说话可以通过看电视、听收音机。但是感觉要和别人深谈的话，必须要能听懂核能说他们的俚语，而这个收音机里根本就没有，即便有，听一百遍也听不懂。而别人和我说话的时候，我去问这个词是什么意思通常会很扫兴，而且一次两次还可以，多了话，别人也会觉得无聊，尽管别人很nice。

    因此建议各位新/老移民，把自己所知道/听到的俚语贡献出来。好像以前有谁这么做过，但是好像用了2天就用完了，不够用，嘿嘿，不好意思！
    • 学习俚语的最佳办法是看肥皂剧，并且要坚持。可以每天把节目录下来，然后重复看两三次。听不懂没关系，可以借助字幕。 -rolling(Rollor); 2001-2-26 {596} (#28708@0)
      我不知道你的英语水平怎样，如果不好，那么听不懂别人的话可能不光是俚语问题，可能涉及到你的听音能力、反应速度等等。

      如果你英语水平还可以，那么有少量俚语不懂时，如果完全影响了你对别人谈话的理解力，那么你完全可以让对方解释一下。人家知道你英语不是母语，绝不会责怪你。

      另外，你自己应该尽量避免用俚语，而使用课本上学到的语言，否则人家容易糊涂。因为俚语是一些很随便的词汇，其内涵可能超出我们目前所能理解的或者词典里解释的范围，对使用场合语气都有一定的要求，初学者很难掌握。

      很久以后，当某些俚语已经溶入你的大脑，成为你的英语的一部分了，这个时候你会自然而然的把它说出来不留痕迹，你的目的才达到了。

      I would recommend that you 'd better take some time everyday to watch the show of " Everybody Love Rayman " on the channel of OMNI 2. It is really great show for the people who are interested in learning not too slang english. Simpson is another good show worthy of spending time to enjoy yourself. Try it !!!
