Don't be too naive. Don't simply think Canadians are very friendly towards new immigrants from Asian. If you have working fellows, or boss belong to Heritage Front, you will have troubles.

Heritage Front is the largest white racist group in Canada. They are very active in Toronto. They hate immigrates from China. They will give you many troubles if you come from China, Hong Kong or Taiwan.

就像有5年经验比只有2年经验的机会多，有加拿大经验的比没有加拿大经验的也会机会多的多。如果这样是工作所需，就没有什么不合法的了。不合法的是如果公司招人时要求一些与工作无关的条件（如国籍，身分，年龄，性别，在加时间等）。
