You can find some kind of community center to help you,they may be cover some cost for delivery wothout ohip card.you still need pay 450cad/day.but much better than nothing.

You can find some kind of community center which serves for the people without ohip card.You still need pay cad450/day-usd550if your hasband is also has no ohip,,(most cases one day for delivery baby here is enough!),but much better than nothing.
