Easy to say Man. I can pick up a language syntax easily. But those high level conceptual design, it is very hard to grasp without a good guidance

I agree, Everything can be learnt by ourselves, but there is a matter of learning curve. I attended a seminar on MS .NET. What I learn there one day worth my whole week's reading.
