    我用了3家免费的: Netzero速度还可以，但有40小时限制；FUNCOW不注册则老断线，一注册就死机，速度极慢。化10多元买了个3WEB, 速度还可以,但晚上时候老忙音，拨号十几次也上不去一次。而且它们的广告窗口都太大，并占用大量系统资源(13%-18%)。所以想登记一家不免费但价格不太高的ISP,谁能指点一下TORONTO哪家ISP比较好。
