Some friends told me its because the Lilo is damaged.But how can I fix it without reinstall the Suse? Because there are many important data on each of my drivers, so I dont want to format any of them except the C: . help!!!
use "fdisk /mbr" to clean the boot sector, maybe then u can use the emergency disks to intall the ntloader。

it's just the 'ntldr' file on ur c: driver, no necessary to know it's detail.

Try to boot from CDROM of Suse, then mount your DOS drive to Linux dev, if sucessful, backup your user data in Linux env.
