I bought a TRV17. It is good except that a little bit small for my hand. By the way, additional battary is definitely needed for TRV17. The standard battary can only last 60 minutes when LCD is used.

By the way, you can use TRV17 as a digital cameral. To my astonishment, the 680k pixel picture is not very bad--better than the old 1 mp digital photo. For sharp photos, you still need a digital cameral.

680k pixels is too small, u can't print it out. Even TRV30 only has 970k pixels, not enough at all.
