You can apply daycare cost deduction benefit from government as long as you both become full-time workers or students and your deposit is under $6000 in the bank(not exactly correct).
2)Kindergarden is free for every kid, but it only takes your kid for a short time(about 3 hours a day). There are morning class and afternoon class in the kindergarden separately. Your daughter is 5 years old prior to the last day of this year, so she can go to senior kindergarden. She will become a grade 1 student next year.
3)You can send your daughter to morning class of kindergarden, and after school, send her to daycare(generally, you don't need to deliver your kid by yourself between them). The daycare will charge you $480/month in the Ottawa area.
4)You can take ESL course, and government maybe free take care your kid. Many new immigrants take this way, but you ought to be patience because there is a long waiting list, especially in big cities.
