Don't trust BELL promise next time. They promised me no charge for installation (second phone, socket is already there), however, give me a $60 bill later. I called and a good lady waived for me.
I haven't kept that number, it happened 1.5 years ago. you can dial and ask for custormer complait service. It is better provide the guy's name...good luck
