    去年10月底在文华中心BELL WORLD申请装电话,交了200块押金。在装电话之前,因各种原因,我打电话1-800-7151888取消了安装,当时有个娘娘腔的男CUSTOMER SERVICE说4-6周后会将200块退给我。果然,大约20多天后我收到了支票,但只有100块。之后我多次打电话给那个CUSTOMER SERVICE,他总说已给公司财务发EMAIL要求把剩下的100块退给我,但时至今日仍无消息。这个混帐BELL,·#¥%*!大家给出出主意,我该怎么办,不能便宜了BELL!谢谢啦先!
    • 一个星期后继续打电话,问问他们问题出在哪。
      • 打电话没用啊!每次打电话,那男的态度倒很好,声音甜的发腻,但就是不见支票给我寄来!
        • 发FAX过去投诉, 留下文档,他们不得不处理。
    • call Bell, and ask to talk to the manager.
    • Try to call "complaint service" in BELL, state issues clearly.
      Don't trust BELL promise next time. They promised me no charge for installation (second phone, socket is already there), however, give me a $60 bill later. I called and a good lady waived for me.

        • I haven't kept that number, it happened 1.5 years ago. you can dial and ask for custormer complait service. It is better provide the guy's name...good luck
