    我的理解所谓的保护就是在信用记录上加个warning。以后所有的信用申请他们都回答电话来确认。请问：这个措施究竟能在什么样的程度上防止 Fraud？ 在发现 Fraud 后多长时间之内需要通知 Transunion?
    当然是越快越好。可是那两个电话真难打，至今没有拨通过。我在想是否值得捧着电话等半个小时呢。

      It can be a few days after the unauthorized charge, it can be a month when people receive their statement.

      If you report as soon as you are aware of the fraud, your maximum liability is $50 and most of time it will be waived for good will, provided you didn't disclose your PIN and other sensitive information.

      Everyone should be more careful. Even it doesn't cause financial loss, it can be a hassle.
