project option - fast way to get degree but no research experience
thesis option - get R/D experience before you graduate but spending longer time

So, do you think thesis option is much better than project? And employers prefer thesis graduates to project ones?

the company doesn't care the difference but experience

but to you... you can always get those experience later any time, but you lost a once-a-life-time chance of R&D experience...

Thank you, then I think a Master based on project combine with a co-op would be very practical.
