    • Yes. I am trying to do yoga everyday. :) You can start from gentle yoga. The best way to start is to go to beginner class in a small group,
      so you can get more attention from the instructor. Also the library has many books on yoga, you can get as many as you want and choose the one you like the most.

      I will suggest going to class first, you will be more disciplined and participative.
      • Thank you Jiaozi JJ. My problem is that I don't have time to go to the class. But I will try to start from some video first. If you happen to know some good video for the begginer, would you please let me know. *_^
        • If you have never done that, it is better to go to class. If you cannot exercise at least once a week (or once every two weeks), you cannot see the difference.

          I used to have this one. It is simple and you can do it in 10 minutes every morning, easy to follow.
          • Thank you very much for your info. Actually, I just came up this idea to learn Yoga. I am not really know anything about it. That is why I would like
            to read some books or watch some video first. I think I will have time to do some exercises every other day for half an hour. But to go to the class, I need to follow their time schedule, which I can't make recently. I will try to get those video you told me first. See how will it go. ^_*
    • Yoga requires no sex & no meat. How can you do that?
      • I am also wondering on this. How could they eat jiaozi anymore if this is true. Is it so strict?
        • Some people adopt yoga as a way of life, some as a philosophy and some regard it as a way of exercise that reduces stress, improves flexibility and breathing. I belong to the last one. :)
