新移民为什么不直接去downtown Toronto或者Scar/North York 那边落脚,办事也方便点

The landloard won't sign a lease before I arrive. It is convenient for me to find an apartment there if I stay there. Downtown Toronto is far from Mississauga and maybe it is difficult to find a parking lot.
