If you got family here, you'd better rent a apartment in Regina. Pretty cheap in downtown Regina. One bedroom around $400. More more safe than Toronto. Mostly white people. Nice view in Downton Regina. -wxz(我爱我家); 2002-2-15 (#370206@0)

University of Regina has a Website for housing information, and Chinese students there have their own website. They are all very kind and I received lots of mail from them : )
