    本人刚刚入籍,从今年开始在温哥华入籍时移民纸会被盖上"The holder is no longer a permanent resident".(据说多伦多早就这样做)

    我本来打算在入籍后持中国护照回中国呆较长的时间(也就是回流了),如果按照原来的情况移民纸没被盖章,是不成问题的.因为有效的移民纸就可以自由地出入了

    但现在移民纸被盖章后,我不知道回中国入关时是否会被认定已经入加拿大籍而被拒绝进入中国?如果这样是否会被遣送回加拿大?

    因为用加拿大护照需要签证且有效期很短.我实在不想用加拿大护照回中国.

    我知道这样即使进入中国,以后出来时肯定不能用移民纸出来. 不知用美国的10年签证可否出来?(以后出来的问题誓次要的了,关键我是想凭中国护照先回中国)

    请有经验的网友告知.

    • I think you need apply visa to get into China. It will be a risk that you hold US visa to get back to China. -edzhu(edzhu); 2002-2-18 (#372412@0)
    • I guess u can use the US Visa with Chinese passport to enter into China from the States and use them go back to States. -tianqi21(tian); 2002-2-18 {118} (#372502@0)
      It worked before. I don't know if it works now or not because Chinese government may know u get Canadian Citizenship.
