crrl-alt-del close everything except systray and explore, screen saver and power managment, then do it again, if freeze again, bad block for sure

once system mark the bad block, it will stop reading and writing on it, you're still safe, but situation will become worse and worse, if it 's still under warranty, get relacement.

since it can not pass the disk scan program,system didn't mark any bad block.whatelse I can do to make it pass the scaning.I bought it in china one year ago,exchange will be impossible.
