I went to University of Western Ontario. UotT also has this program (Faculty of Information Studies), but it seems they don't want to accept immigrant (because they require TOEFL 600, TWE 6.0), I never heard they have chinese students. But UWO has several chinese students every year. McGill also has this program, their tuition is much cheaper. The reason I chose UWO is that you can finish in one year and if want, you also have co-op opportunity which you can get Canada working experience.
