      If Monnex, you pay the insurance fee every month, if the personal, you pay it in ten months for the whole year's insurance. I recommend the Personal. You can get an on-line quota in personal's website: www.thepersonal.com.But I am not sure if they give discount to groups like CPAC.
      I only know, you need to pay some penalty fee if you want to transfer from Monnex to other company(3%~5% annual premium), it depends on how many months left when you want to transfer to another company, you can calculate, unless the other company really give you very good price, it is better to transfer until the insurance expire, but you can begin to look for other companies one or two months early.

      ACCIDENT BENEFITS,UNINSURED MOTORIST,NO.44 FAMILY PROTECTION,这些都是什么东东?其他报价里应该也包含?

      COMPREHENSIVE COVERAGE $300 DEDUCTIBLE
      是什么意思?我没有要,保费便宜了一些,合适吗?

      另外,今天买保险,明天能立刻生效吗?

      That is what they did to my policy. When i bought the policy they didn't tel me it will fine us if we cancel
      the policy. I argued with them and would file a complaint on them. I never met such a Bad company before in USA.
      Every insurance company in USA will return the rest of money to you if you cancel your policy in 15th of any month.
