    2月8日在Donmills右转Finch冲红灯被摄像机拍下, 于21日收告票, 罚款$190, 不用扣分.以下问题请各位指教.
    1.因有录像为证, 上庭是否无济于事.
    2. 告票中只确定我是车主, 并无确定我是当时的司机. 上庭后, 会否因确定我是当时的司机而加重处罚, 例如扣分.
    3.对于这种告票(只罚款不扣分), 是否会加保险?

      I just discuss my case with the court staff. He told me there will be no police show up at court to certain case, which is caught by camera instead of police, so there is no chance to win my case by the police doesn't show up. How about you guys who was caught by camera? Did you win the case or just decreased the penalty?
