None. Buy one of Camry/Acura/Accord/Maxima. When you drive it, you will see the difference. If you don't have enough money, buy a older one.

Agree with above. For the reason of budget, you can buy a 2-3 years old Camry/Accord(Maxima/Acura are in different catagory). Compared to new Corolla/Civic/Sentra, those should have better performance/value ratio.
