          • 另外,做完了,拿了钱就走。可能不给他打长工了,代价太高,因为要和他签一份合同,一年内不能离开公司,做一年的labour就废了。
      • 别一张口就说25,先跟他分析一下市价,然后再给他个Special Discount的惊喜,半价。这样他得付你钱,外带欠上一份人情。
        • 别当别人都不懂行情。这种情况一般就是摆明了要找廉价劳动力,价开高了肯定不会找你。半价应该可以接受,别忘了要份reference letter,这是成交条件之一。
          • 对,我的意思就是说,让老板知道,你也是懂行情的,只不过给他个便宜罢了。
            • 但想让他觉得“外带欠上一份人情”就难了。:(
          • 他肯定愿意给我开referance letter 的,他确实是想找廉价劳动力,他的公司只有10人左右。
