I came here less than 2 months. six years of experience of system administrator and database administrator in China. All I know are Microsoft and Novell products. My English is not good. This is the main problem because a system administrator or DBA must has good communication skill. I am unconfident. And this company ask me to transfer to programmer because programmer doesn't need very good English.
