I think you may want to tell in what context you will use those phrases. Otherwise it is almost impossible to translate them one to one. for example 治安状况 -wjiang(wjiang); 2001-4-6 {403} (#41269@0)
what do you want to say about it. do you want to say because you feel safe in a community, you want to tell your friends that 治安状况 is good? Then, why not say
it is a safe place, or you feel safe directly? I don;pt think there is a correspondent word in English for 治安状况. Likewsie, it is always meaningless to translate word by word. People just don;t say like that. I wish you would understand.
