        i needn't Canadian experience, i just want to do something voluntarily for the environment, for the society. I havn't a chance to be a volunteer in China, cause they always need mm. Why not be a volunteer here?

              I am not so sure how bad 'a small group of people' behaved
              themselves in the forum and caused some inconvenience for
              you. But I am definetely sure that it is this 'small group
              of people' that helps answering most of the questions from
              new comers that possibly include YOU! I feel sad.

              Nobody is perfect. You can't expect there is always somebody
              here ready to help you at anytime and forbit them from having
              some small talks with each other.

              Personally I suggest you be polite and patient.

                since u r always online and wanna talk together, why donot apply a private chat room for u. I think jabber will agree with u if u applied for one. By this way, u can talk with them and also surf the website. Right? If rolia still adds this function now, I can help them since this technology is not difficult to implement.

                Moreover, I cheeked articles you post before. These r not bad at first, but now, they are not good enough. Make extra effort!

                  I think this samll group of people, maybe include wjiang, egg, david, rollar.., are really warm hearted persons who are here to help people and they really DO help a lot of people on this forum. Why can't you just let them enjoy their personal talks? I really can't imagine what Rolia will become without this samll group. I think if you do not like what they talked, you can simplely ignore those topics.

                  1、讲究礼貌。当给人提意见时，最好避免说“不要”或“不应该”，而说：“如果是我的话，最好避免。。。”

                  2、尊重别人说话的权力。如果别人说的话题我不喜欢，我会继续听完，然后想法把话题叉开。但我绝不会当面阻止他说话。

                  3、与别人分享快乐。可以打个电话，可以发张卡片，可以写个EMAIL，也可以在布告栏上贴个告示。当然我通常会选择到ROLIA发张贴子。

                  4、当希望别人改进时，我会说：激昂，虽然你可以在这里谈一些与移民无关的事，但如果你能对我们提供更多有实用价值的信息，我们会更喜欢你的。

                  另外，我个人认为，有些人把这个论坛当作自己的家一样，想说什么说什么（有致命影响的敏感话题除外），这是本坛兴旺发达的原因之一。

                  以上为本人的一些感想，绝不是在给谁提意见。

                  P。S。

                  我喜欢激昂的幽默，以及他以进攻为名替对防守大门的勇敢。也喜欢WOLF的直率和认真。咱们好星期五安大略湖边上见。

    • Check yellow page and visit some community centers. I've been volunteer at Culture Link as the instructor assistant for their Computer Basic Class one year ago. Got confidence and language improvement. No use Canidian experience in job searching. -cyt(cyt); 2001-4-9 {81} (#42362@0)
      I also volunteered in homework project at Cecil, to play with kids, just for fun.
