go to the website of the university you feel interested in and the web will provide all info you need. just follow their instruction.

tell your professors that you are applying to study overseas. they will be willing to be your reference. but you may have to write the reference letter by yourself and ask professors to sign on it.

if your supervisor thinks you are a qualified candidate, he will understand you and write something for you. but wording in the letter may not be as good as you expected.
