I am really confused by your message. Since you consider it is like to "stay in a prison" to live in Canada, why bother to come here at all? I am not trying to start an arguement, but simply trying to tell you the truth. If you are married and are doing this all for your wife and kid, your relationship will be worsen because you can only see each other "one month every year". By that time, your wife and kid will get used to the life here and won't want to go back and you will find it hard to adjust to Canadian life. Immigration is a big decision, so think it over before you do anything.
