Visual Basic is the most basic technology in Microsoft. However, if you are familliar with VB, it will be quite easy for you to understand asp, as well as SQL (I believe you have worked with SQL when using VB). And, you might probably worked with some COM components (or DLL calls). So, prepare your self to some other fields within Microsoft, like ASP(+), COM/COM+/DCOM, SQL, IIS. If you know these things well, and you have a good written resume, you will have no problem.

第一种程序员的自述：我学过Pascal。我只会Delphi。有编程任务需要我干，我就用Delphi。不管这个工程的规模和具体要求。反正我会Delpi。
第二种程序员的自述：我对C++的理解十分深刻。VC++我最拿手了。不过我也会VB，也了解Delphi和C++ Builder。我根据工程项目的规模和要求选择编程语言和工具。可能最佳的语言和工具我不会。但没关系，我学半个月就会用，再学一个月就掌握的差不多了。

1。人家招的是JAVA，C++，你只会DELPHI。好象跟你没什么关系吧。
2。半个月就会用？再学一个月就掌握的差不多？？？我花几十K让你学，怎对得起你后面几百个N年经验的Senior?
