The e-business model in 1999 and 2000 are proved to be fail. Now more and more firms, like Microsoft, Yahoo... , begin to provide paid service. That's the business trend for e-business for the next years. -daqiao(Bill); 2001-4-24 {368} (#52362@0)
Any business, no matter classical businesses, e-businesses or what ever you call it, has to generate revenue. This basic business rule was ignored by the market in the last two years, and caused the US stocks market soar in 1999 and 2000. Now the bubbles broke and every body goes back to ground.

In one word, NO FREE LUNCH ANY MORE ON THE INTERNET IN THE FUTURE.
