据我所知，REFERENCE 在COMPANY找你要时才给他，但可以在COVER LETTER 里说明“REFERENCE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST”。 应该是在加拿大有正式工作的REFERENCE 最好，公司越有名，越有说服力，我就是找原先公司比我先移民过来的同事
