but i have less than JSP/Servlet experience,and i have not be familiar with EJB. i like the position about JSP more than PB's though i am familiar with PB,5 years experience on PB

In this case, you should pay more attention on RDBMS, but for new immigrant, it's very difficutl to find a DBA job, think about SQL developer.
