    开车去要不要向海关提出申请，尼亚加拉海关对新移民是不是昼夜开放，还是只有白天开放？
    • there are many 'entrances', i.e., peace bridge, rainbow bridge, and etc. I don't know if they open 24-hr a day, but they are supposed to. you don't have to submit any application, prior to your landing, if you drive there. -guest:; 2000-8-8 (#5598@0)
