          1. targeted customers -- Chinese, ABC, Canadian, tourist, single or married,
          young or old, middle-class or working class.
          2. ur vision of ur business -- a 1-billion NOS resturant, or simply for fun..
          3. resource of invester -- by IPO, 大耳窿, or, ur parents or spouse?
          4. money for investment -- this is fundamental to your business growth
          5. what kind of people u need to recruit -- u r what u hire/work with.
          6. finally, ur work process for total quality service/product
