Try Telus. I got my cell phone, a Motorola StarTAC, from them for free. But I have to sign a 2 years contract and the monthly plan is not as good as that of Fido. -daqiao(Bill); 2001-5-4 (#60483@0)
Bell is better. The coverage is good. The handset is free for some models (QualComm QCP2760 Dual Mode, Motorola). 200 minutes and free talk night and weekend. All in all, you pay about 32 bucks a month. No contract required. -guest:; 2001-5-4 (#60496@0)
