I cannot understand the second reason. Many people said the rank of university is very important for you to get job.

it is usually pointless to talk about th rank without dealing with the concrete program---Qinghua has its bad subjects, while an ordinary univ has its strength, let alone the fact that Regina U (Saskachewan U?) is no worse than Queens U---full scholarship is something that many ppl dream of.

ofcoz Kingston is a little close to city belt (betwwen Ottawa, toronto), so what? if u really do not like regina, like kingston, u can change later after u come
