charge you without leniency, business is business, if 从租住 关系的合法性开始调查, it is the landlord, not the tenant, who shuld be rsponsible for any possible legistimate issue.
i do not have anu "sue" experience, but the rights that belong to u cannot be deprived by any others, no matter who he/she is.
I am interested in what happened to that landlady. Would you please to tell? I hate mine but I do not think bad person can get bad destiny. Usually they get best results, because they are hard.

There is no adminstrations for private house rental. So if you are a tanent, you are always legal. If your are a landlord, you are always legal if you honestly report your income.

Toronto is a strange city, where rental price is higher than mortage. This is caused by the great amount of new immigrant and by the greedy landowners. I do think some law should come into birth to regulate the rental market. In the mean while, we new immigrants should not give up our rights.
