1. You don't have to return the bill. They only care if you paid. 2. For online banking, go to TD bank's website, and check EasyWeb on the top right corner. Every bank has its own online banking services

Phone Bell, ask for a Pre-authorized Payment Application Form, fill it in, fax it back to Bell, then Bell will take the money from your bank account each month. I have used this way for a while, so far I don't have any problem with it.

Register to your checking account via internet, then everytime you just need to get online and arrange your payment. I am doing that on my P.R.'s checking accout, I beleive it works on most major players.
