It cannot be free downloaded now. I have tried to send my software to one of my friend and it did not worked, since it need an ID. The 3 web CD is only 10 bucks, you can buy it from the Canada Post stand.

Why 3web? AOL is free within first 3 months. If you cancel at the end of 3 months, NO charge at all.
