I think it is so simply just apply 携带证， or all the poeple from china are dejected by CA's goverment. I apply it in bank of china in tianjin. easy does it.

Kevin,does it mean we can apply 10,000USD 携带证 only in bank of china and if above USD10,000 then it need approved by 外汇管理局.
