Write a personal check to sent it by mail. The receiver can cash the check at China bank. Fee is 1/100 + 10 RMB (as I remember).

Another way is to buy a money order and send it by mail. Bank of China in China will not charge you, and it is faster than personal check.

no in the bakn wher u have ur money deposited, noramlly one money order can carry up to 5000$,
it is pretty much like an international draft.
