is not a major issue. if you didn't catch it, apply for winter
enrollment, or apply for "part time". part time is free to choose
enrolling time. don't mix here part time with what we used in china.
here, no matter part or full, the degree/ qualification/ benefit are
all the same. only takes longer, and you can change it in the next term
to full time.
GRE is not strickly required. it is a asset
