            I never believe that you will learn real ASIC design
            from such training schools.

            ASIC design is different from IT training. You need
            have pretty strong background.

            The hiring manager will care a lot of your education
            background, specially, from Western.

            Go to the graduate school and get a degree. You will
            really enjoy the career like ASIC designers.

            BTW, I got my MSEE and work in this field for a few
            years.
