        • RedHat is most popular, you can easily find lots of info. about that. also there are some other like: Mandrake、SuSE、Caldera、TurboLinux、CorelLinux -guest:; 2001-5-18 {387} (#75361@0)
          Turbo is good for High-end Server. Mandrake is better in Desktop Appl. I don't like Core, it's like garbage. SuSE is good. Also there are some Chinese Linux system, TurboLinux 6.0 Chinese Version, BluePoint, XteamLindows 3.0, 红旗Linux, TomLinux, COSIXLinux and HappyLinux by Legend.

          I suggest you use Redhat, SuSE, Mandrake or Turbo. These four are major Linux system in the world

    • 先用Linux的启动盘分好区，留出主区和Swap区（这些分区在FDISK下属“NON-DOS”），再装Linux，注意最好使用Linux的LILO；再用Windows或DOS启动，用FDISK分好用于Windows的区，再装Windows，就行啦！ -hercules(Danny); 2001-5-21 (#76782@0)

    • First win98 then win2000, then linux freebsd or other thing. But NEVER install the LILO in the MBR,otherwise you have to use win2k recover console to repaire MBR. I prefer install the lilo -guest:; 2001-5-23 {83} (#78814@0)
      in the partition which linux installed, then use w2k(winnt) os loader to load linux
