    不是计算机专业毕业,虽然有MCSE证书,但是这玩艺在加早烂了~~~不过实际网络与数据库管理经验丰富,编程经验也还不错,如果英语提高一些,在加好找工作吗?

    新职位的适用期一般多长?过了适用期是不是不太会轻易被解雇?每月税后薪水多少,两口之家才能过得轻松些?

      I think english is very important, and the experice will be the most important.
      the probation time is 3 months( in general).
      if you have a professonal job, everything will be ok. the left thing will be to enjoy life.
