                I just joined Federation of Chinese Students and Professionals in Canada a couple weeks ago. 10 dollars for one year membership. It is same as 中国专业人士协会. The broker is Meloche Monnex. No matter what kind of car you will drive, you have to buy insurance for driving. You can get discount from brokers.
