You'd better not eat too much the meat in Chinese supermarket. Try to compare the meat in No frill, loblaw and other supermarket with the meat in Chinese supermarket, you will know why.

But from my experience, ground pork from Chinese market(I usually shop at hua long in spadina) is fresher than that in loblaws, where I buy pork chop.
