    本人即将登陆，但是不知如何带外汇出境。从网上得知国内可办理长城国际、运通卡、工商银行国际借记卡，根据考察，发现工商银行的卡收费最低，请问：有人在加拿大或美国用过吗？汇率如何？方便吗？

    • 我就是带工商银行国际借记卡来的，很方便。在Toronto任何一个取款机上都可以取现金(加元, 要手续费)，任何一个贴有VISA标记的商店都可以消费，不要任何手续费，美元结算，汇率比银行换汇好多了！ -guest:Elroyy; 2001-5-28 (#83171@0)

        • 最高提现金额我还真不知道，我最高只提过$200。提现需要手续费(约3%)，而且手续费本应该是加元的，但却以同样金额的美元结算，不知道为什么，还没有去查问。用它消费比较合算！ -guest:Elroyy; 2001-5-28 (#83228@0)
      • 我带的是工商银行的牡丹国际卡（VISA卡），用法和你的“借记卡”一样。美元结算，汇率很合理。而且我还办了主、副两张卡，一张留在国内，可以随时续存，特别适合分期分批的Cash Transfer。 -guest:ICBC; 2001-5-28 (#83186@0)
